Tricky question.
On one hand it has a good reputation for being a nice touring frame of good quality.
OTOH it's old, and not all that rare.
USD600 sounds high, particularly if it still has the original drivetrain, but I've seen them sell for 300+ USD.
ANything a bit special like that, the value is whatever the buyers currently interested think it is. For someone who sees it as "just another bike" it might as well be USD 100, or less.

600 is cheap! I just did mine three weeks ago for $800! That was the cheapest in town too! Also, is your truck 4X4? If it is, like mine, that's why! (lots of stuff to remove)
