this is a faily new processor and is very fast and is excellent. i recommend it! yes it is a good buy and in many cases, the laptops it is in is very good value for money as it is quite cheap to buy despite its high quality and durability.
WARNING: this CPU can run quite hot Low45°C High 78°C (Core Temp 0.99.6 - CPU monitoring program)
So it is advisable to try before you buy, make sure the laptop has adequate cooling, otherwise your wrists will get quite hot.

For a Laptop: It's okay
For a Desktop: NO! because it's considered really slow for a desktop and 2 cores don't really multi-task that well compared to a quad-core processor
depends when you asked this question. by now its an older model, but still pretty decent.

Yes, The Geforce 210 will run it great, I have a 210 and it only lags with all settings on high but i wouldn't call it severe lag at all. It also depends on the Ram and processor, I have a athlon II x2 220 and 3 GBs of ram and it runs very well. It can also run skyrim on medium with no lag. Hope this helps :)
