It depends on the species. For very large constrictors the babies are less dangerous, while the adults may be large enough to kill a human.

For venomous species the young are often more dangerous as they are more aggressive and more likely to deliver a venomous bite.

there is no difference between baby snake venom/poison and adult snake venom/poison. the baby doesn't know how to use it properly so it will use much more than needed, it is more deadly

No, it is a myth that baby snakes can't control their venom. All reptiles are born from day 1 with instincts. But usually, the adult is more dangerous than the baby because the adult has a larger venom gland & can inject more venom.

Why is it that snakelings do more harm to people than adult snakes?

Baby snakes are dangerous because they cluster. I grew up in Arkansas and we do not deal with deadly snakes. Some are more dangerous than others though. I have seen copperheads, water mocassins, and garden snakes of all variety's. None of them are deadly to a certain extent. My parent's made sure I saw these snake's before they shooed them away. I saw a nest of baby copperheads. I was told they where more deadly because you can get bit multiple times. I was told one bite of a baby has the same amount of poison as an adult I assume all snakes are similar in their breeding. Why wouldn't they be? Maybe, I'm wrong. I've seen a nest of baby copperheads though. They almost look like worms. If one bother's to bite you more will.
