I have the exact same blood pressure. I donated blood when the nurses were checking and they said that was good. It's definitely not too high for both systolic and diastolic. It would have to be at least 120 for pre-hypertension for systolic (98) and you're nowhere near close for diastolic either. So don't worry you're good.
