Well it all depends on what your looking for in a computer. If you're looking for quick internet access, light weight, things like touch screen, and price, I would recommend a Chromebook. If you're looking for running downloadable applications such as Games, video editing etc, I recommend a windows laptop.

One can argue that a Chromebook can do nearly all the things a traditional laptop can do, which includes productivity functionality (ex: reading/editing documents and spreadsheets, even reading Windows Office documents and files), offline usage (contrary to popular belief), media streaming, storage, browsing, and so forth. The Chromebook's forte is in the cloud, and everything centering around the web. It is well protected from viruses, updates happen immediately and mostly Behind the Scenes, most are built as light as a netbook or ultrabook, starts up and wakes quickly, is generally quiet, and battery life for the latest models are double what you get with a traditional laptop. What it lacks is a large hard drive...which if you think about it, isn't needed for a web-based laptop. It also has a less powerful chipset (Celeron Haswell in the latest models), but what it lacks in raw power makes up for it in efficiency. If you can live without a Windows-dependent user experience, Chromebooks are worth a look.

You do not have to have an Android phone to access the Google Play store on a Chromebook laptop. You should be able to access it right from the Chromebook.

They should stick to a regular projector. Phone projectors tend to not work most of the time and are faulty. They are not well made with poor quality and it is much more wise to invest in a regular one instead of wasting your money.
