Which ever one you'll be eating raw is best for you. But vegetables are somewhat better because they contain less sugar & more antioxidants!
If you have a sweet tooth, fruit is sweeter then veggies.
it is good to eat both fruits and vegitables to balence out your daily diet. Having just one or the other is not a healthy choice.
Maybe because they have more sugar and are sweeter?
vegetables because vegetables has more vitamins and minerals and less sugar and fruit has a little bit more sugar than vegetables and some fruits don't have ALL the vitamins and minerals but...
