Is a robotic prostatectomy a radical prostatectomy?

Radical removes the whole thing. Partial, removes enough to resolve whatever problems you are having, but leaving enough that you should be able to enjoy sex afterward.

Radical perineal prostatectomy is sometimes used when the cancer is limited to the prostate and there is no need to spare nerves
