Good on my fellow vegetarian!! I'm 13 i ate maet till i was 5 then gave up i am also alive! It sounds really hard but it's easy. It might be surgested that a baby was brought up on meat as it's healthy but as long as it's a varied meal!

In some ways yes it can be healthy do be a vegetarian but not usually because you cannot get the protein and iron required from meat. Vegetarians must take supplements to fix this.

Well if you ask me a vegatarian gives most of its healthy stuff to us, so yes it is healthy. You can get all the protein you need from beans, lagumes, nuts . . . And a lot of meat is waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy unhealthy.
