yea it is because if you have ammonia it can affect the baby and you to both of them can die because the umbilical cord brings blood from the mom into the baby so if the mom has bad blood the baby will to and you can die with ammonia so it is most likely for you to die and the baby to and you have little percentage of life ans then you get fevers and so dose the baby so then its bad for your health and the baby's health. <3

I think what person above was trying to say is if you ingest ammonia (drink it), it is harmful, which is true. But I don't know why anyone would want to drink it if they can avoid it lol. If your question was about exposure to the vapors or gas (smell), in very large amounts it can cause respiratory problems, and nausea which can hurt the baby as a side effect but not directly. If you limit exposure to cleaning products (where you smell it for only a short while without feeling queazy or dizzy) you should be fine.
