There are no laws about dating. There are laws about sexual contact and getting married, but not dating. Any hint of something going on between them will end the old man in big legal trouble.
If no sex is involved, I suppose it's possible. It is illegal in most places to have sex with a fourteen year old of either sex. I suspect that very few 14 year old girls are attracted to 80 year old...
