Answer:

NO. You should never give aspirin (or any over-the-counter people pain medication) to your dog. Dogs are very sensitive to the side effect that causes stomach bleeding and one pill can be enough to cause a fatal stomach ulcer.

There are pain medications for dogs, but you have to get them from your veterinarian.
