Most likely Autism is caused by more than one thing. Autism is an incredibly wide categories and the symptoms range dramatically. Some theories behind the symptoms are vaccines, diets, and genetics.
Vaccines is a very controversial theory because there is really no proof behind it. Some things seen personally was the time line between when symptoms started occurring and when the majority of vaccines were administered. For doctors to look at vaccines I believe doctors and people will have to look at more than just one thing.
Diets are not per say the cause behind the autism but in some cases can influence the symptoms of Autism. Some diets that families have tried are the Gluten( wheat protein) and Ceisan (milk protein), the preservatives and artificial flavorings/coloring. for those with autism that also have gastric related issues diets can be highly beneficial.
Genetic is one very common for people and doctors to run to.
None of these are proven nor is there a proven cure for Autism
Personally I believe that there may be a genetic component but I also think that the amount of Vaccines received before the age of two is ridiculous. I also think that if a child's immune system is compromised by any reason at an early the vaccines should be administered at a later time. I personally have also seen the gluten and ceisan free diet do amazing thing for children that had gastric problem. Many symptoms got dramatically better.
Many of our lifestyle choices such as food colourings, preservative, pesticides, herbicides and exposure to heavy metals and pollutants could all add to the surge in the incidence of probably our most debilitating current health dilemma.
There is high-quality evidence that vaccines do NOT cause autism.
Autism is not a disease, it is a neurological difference. We don'tfully know what causes autism but the main cause seems to be linked with mutations in genes. There aremultiple treatments to help with autism characteristics, what treatments are used depends on the symptoms that need addressing.
Autism is a neurological variant, an Autistic child is the same as a child of any other neurological variation - they were born with that type of brain. Genetic factors contribute to whether or not a person will be Autistic, and it's determined when brain development occurs in the second trimester of pregnancy. A child is born Autistic and will be Autistic their entire life.

Autism in a neurological disorder. Scientific research seems to indicate a strong hereditary factor in autism. No research has concluded that computers contribute to or cause autism.
It's not that MMR is unlikely to cause autism, it cannot cause autism full-stop. Autism is a neurological difference so it occurs within the second trimester of pregnancy when the brain is being formed, no vaccination can cause autism. Billions have been wasted on thousands of research projects to prove that there is absolutely no link between autism and vaccinations.
No, fast food doesn't cause autism - autism is a neurological difference that people are born with, eating fast-food cannot cause a person to become autistic.
None - autism is a neuological difference, there's nothing about autism that could cause death.
Autism is not a disease, Autism is a neurological difference. As Autism is neurological it occurs in the womb, mostly we believe it is caused by genes or genetic mutations, although environmental factors such as medications taken by the mother during pregnancy may cause autism.
No, throwing things is not part of autism - autism is a neurological difference, there is nothing about autism that would cause throwing things. Of course Autistic people may throw things for any number of reasons, it's just that autism isn't the cause of this.
No, autism cannot cause you to go blind. Autism is a neurological difference, it has no effect on the eyes and cannot lead to blindness at all.
The two conditions are not at all related. Autism does not cause mental retardation.
i suggest consulting a doctor
The mutation that causes Autism is a rare genetic mutation. There are three different genes that are linked to the cause of different disorders on the Autism Spectrum.
