Yes. It is, but Condoms, Pulling out, and Spermicidal condoms and lubrication NEVER hurt. You can't get pregnant if he pulls out before busting, But it's nothing I would rely on it's self. Specially if you have more "hardcore" sex (: Thank you. Have fun kids.
