Well only in some cases. If you just got the shot it can just be your body getting used to it again. Or and can just mean that its time for another shot.
I would doubt it, since they give you a preg test before first shot, but no bc is 100%, so take test or see doc. In my experience with depo, the first two shots gave me the worst cramps I have ever...
Signs of pregnancy during the depo are the same as being off the depo.
But, a thing is, the depo shot can cause pregnancy symptoms without a pregnancy being present.
