Is ciara really mixed with german irish creole?

She could be. I know that I doubted her because she doesnt look particularly european. But then I saw alot of photos of kids that were 1/4 black, and they looked completely white! If wentworth miller can be 1/4 black, Im sure Ciara can have a percentage of Irish and German in her backround.
