Researching via Google shows there are not many, if any, clinical testing for pregnant women who take codeine, so there is insufficient data in humans. ∙ 14y agoYes, drs prescribe it for migranes along with other things to pregnant women all the time. They dont want you to form an addiction or to take it all the time, to where the baby withdraws when he/she is finnaly in the world.
