This can be guilty or not guilty depending on the person you are asking. He did of course save 5 people instead of all of the men dying, so in that way he did a good thing and he also died with his crew. However good his intentions, he didn't tell anyone what he was doing and it wasn't moral to kill all those poeple no matter what the reason. Although he died with his crew the choice was either out of cowardice to not face the consequences or it could of been out of respect for those he killed. Really it is whether or not you believ that few have to be sacrificied for the greater good or if you believe all killing is inhumane. Hope this helps :D

The third man to step onto the moon's surface was Charles "Pete" Conrad, commander of Apollo 12. He was fairly short and an amazing jokester. His first words, when he stepped onto the moon's surface, were "Whoopee! Man, that may have been a small one for Neil, but that's a long one for me."
It depends on which famous quotation you are asking about. The most famous is probably "That was one small step for [a] man, one giant leap for mankind." and was spoken by Apollo 11 commander Neil Armstrong when he stepped off the LM landing pad on July 20, 1969. Pete Conrad (a fairly short astronaut) and commander of Apollo 12 famously said "Whoopee! Man, that may have been a small one for Neil, but that's a long one for me." Apollo 13's most famous quote is "Houston, we've had a problem" spoken by CMP Jack Swigert

Jesus verdict was as the Bible says: there is none good and all are sinners. See this in Psalms 14.3. They are all gone aside, they are [all] together become filthy: [there is] none that doeth good, no, not one. And in Romans 3.23. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Shocked and humiliated. They realised it was not going to be a short war. And they needed a new army commander.
No, there is no character called Nicola in any of Shakespeare's plays. You are probably misled because there is a short story called The Two Gentlemen of Verona by AJ Cronin which has a character in it called Nicola. However, Cronin's story has nothing in common with Shakespeare's play The Two Gentlemen of Verona apart from the title.
