No. Ecstacy dehydrates your body, which is bad if you don't keep drinking water. Ecstacy is cut with other drugs that can also be bad for you, like cocaine, speed, an others.

PURE Ecstasy is not cut with other drugs, that is pure MDMA (Molly). I am a firm believer its not only good for you but that everyone should do it once if they can get a pure dose. The only thing that makes it dangerous on any level is it is often cut with dangerous drugs like the first poster said, a danger we wouldn't be exposed to had the DEA not launched a campaign to make it illegal based on some of the most scientifically flawed findings in history, thus putting its production out of the hands of pharmaceutical companies and into the hands of criminals.
