I have had it in my house for 6yrs now and it looks as great now as it did when I had it installed. I have it in a high traffic area as well. I will never build another house without it. I hate carpet (dirty), tile (cold)and real wood (maintenance). I have built many houses with all these products and still go back to wood look Flexitec. With grandkids and pets its remarkable, just mop and go..Hope this helps.
