∙ 15y agoyes I know many ladies who have experienced baby hiccupping while in the womb. I myself felt it.It is perfectly normal and no need for alarm. No real studies have been done on why babies hiccup in the womb, but it is a sign of a maturation of the central nervous system, and completely normal. Some babies will have episodes of hiccups one or more times a day, and it is all part of the process. Enjoy!
