Osama bin Laden declared war on America and he and his accomplices committed a terrible inhuman act in America to innocent people of many nationalities.
The American Government has a perfectly legitimate rite to go after him and any other people involved in that atrocity and to expect that other countries would arrest these criminals if they were to flee to that country.
In the case where the local government/people appear to the rest to the world to be harbouring and perhaps even assisting the perpetrators of the twin towers atrocity, then America has a perfect right and duty to go in and do the job the local country was failing to do.
If the people of Pakistan wish to be respected members of the world community they need to ensure that their government, armed forces and judiciary behave in a manner the rest of the world will respect and admire.
