AMOXICILLIN IS a penicillin antibiotic, and there is no warning about aspirin. However, the text book states that aspirin MAY increase penicillin G blood levels. DO NOT take with fruit juice or carbonated drinks as the acid in these beveragees may destroy the drug. And if you are on oral contraceptives, be careful, you should use additional contraception.
