Answer

You can get very ill from taking too many vitamins and it also can cause problems with your liver and perhaps gall bladder. It's best to see your doctor about this or go to a good naturopathic doctor to find out what your body needs and how much to take. Never over medicate and that includes over-the-counter drugs (vitamins as well.)

Answer
Here is another viewpoint: As long as you are taking the natural supplements, it should not harm a person at all to take a liquid in the morning and a tablet at night, especially since most multi-vitamin supplements don't come close to what a person actually needs for good health, and you are careful about certain vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin A and zinc. If you are taking all natural vitamin and mineral supplements, they are actually not medications or drugs! They are simply natural substances that your body needs to be healthy! Natural vitamins and supplements are being promoted as drugs because the FDA and US government wants the power to regulate their use and control their availability because they WORK!!!! The same is true for other natural supplements, such as herbs. If you don't believe me, do some research! All the information is available!

Answer

It would depend on the type of Vitamin. Do not use synthetic vitamins, as they are chemical equivalents of something which would be good for you. For instance, you cannot overdose on natural Iron, but synthetic Iron can easily be fatal to a child. You should take a food-based multivitamin daily, and more than once will not harm you. If the vitamin is all-natural then you will not come to any harm. Think about it like this:

Can you get sick from eating a large salad in a day? Will you have an overdose?

A food-based multivitamin is simply a concentrated salad, with herbs mixed in. I hope that this helps.
