No it is not a sign of heart disease. Yoga teaches you to be calm and listen to your body. You have reached a calmness you usually don't reach during the course of a stressful day so you now more aware of your heartbeat. I've learned to control my heartbeats through stress management by breathing exercises (which is also part of Yoga.)
