no, its perfectly fine. I mean having a boyfriend means sharing the exact bonds and have the same feelings for each other. I have friends who are also 13 AND older who doesn't have a boyfriend because their still waiting for someone that they could love and that someone could love them back. heck, I don't even have a boyfriend yet and i'm turning 13 at 2 months.
