I don't know how bad it is, but this is what I would do. Skip the day that you already took on the wrong day, don't take a pill that day. Then the next day continue to take them as normal. But I would use a back up birthcontrol, such as condoms, for at least a week, maybe two. Just to be safe. Or you can call your doctor and see what they say to do. Also, all the pills I've ever used come with a paper in the pack that give you all kinds of directions for if you skip a pill or something. See if you have that and read in there what it says to do.
ANSWER:No! Don't skip the pill! Keep taking them every day as usual. It's not dangerous to take two in one day, so don't fret. I try to keep an "extra/just in case" pack of active white pills around for just such occasions. Use a pill from the "extra" pack the next day (day after taking two by accident) and then keep using your regular pack. Better to be safe than sorry, and skipping a pill the next day is not a good solution.
