In practical terms it probably doesn't matter much, but internal drives are generally faster than flash drives and if it's a large file that could make a difference.
"scaeenshot" is not a document type. If you have mad a screenshot with the <Prt Scn> key on your keyboard, the image is in the computer's working memory and you can paste it into a document (word or other, or open an image manipulation program such as MSPaint and past it in there. You should save the document/image before editing in case you want to make other changes later.
