Is it better to give a ferret dog food?

You can give cat good but again only the highest quality, that means reading the ingredients and food nutrional chart and doing research online or joining a ferret group/message board to stay on top of the best brands and finding out what to look for. The only dog and cat food I'd even consider is innova evo which is 50% protine and doesn't contain any corn or wheat, both are VERY bad for ferrets as they can't digest plant matter.
