Is it better to take diet pills as well as work out to lose weight if you are 65 pounds overweight or should you just work out without pills? |
[Edit] |
Answer
I think that exercising and dieting are the best ways to go. I know personally that it is hard to stop cravings, but after you do it for awhile it gets easier. Pills are generally unhealthy for your body and could make you sick. Maybe you could look at some herbal remedies.
Answer
The problem with any diet pill or herbal remedy is that if they do temporarily increase your metabolism, when you stop taking the pills, your metabolism will slow down. You will end up gaining weight more easily than when you started! Diet pills are not an effective long-term solution, although some may help short-term.
