It sounds pretty strange to me, but I still wouldn't accuse your wife of cheating. Men/women can be friends. However, it's obviously bothers you so I would tell her it's either the cell phone or you. I don't think she is being respectful of you and don't put up with it! Don't take any excuses either!

If she's using a cell phone he sent her, it's like having a direct line strictly between the two of them...seems a good possibility she's cheating. Why not just use her own phone or have him call the house? Seems a little too clandestine.
