Check your policies definition of pre-x. It generally says treated for... doesn't say anything about sucessful treatment. For more info see www.steveshorr.com

Can someone get a job If they had heart surgery 2 years ago? If you had a medical issue 2 years ago must it be reported on the application form given that the pre-existing condition period is listed as 6 months? Can an illness already cured 4 years ago still considered preexisting at the time of securing a pre-need hospitalization plan? Is successful intestinal surgery for Crohns disease 3 years ago mean that a pre-existing condition does not exist? If you were treated for lymphatic cancer but have been clean for 6 years is this still considered pre- existing?
