Assuming the questioner means "cool" in the sense of, "Is it okay?", then the answer is yes, it is cool. If the questioner meant "cool" in the sense of a subjective evaluation of the "hipness" of the behavior, well, that's subjective.

Among countries with high rates of cigar use, such as Cuba and the Dominican Republic, cigars are frequently inhaled, by both men and women, just like cigarettes.

Of course, as any tobacco use is associated with risks, it should be up to the individual to evaluate the risk and make their own decision.

As cigars have higher nicotine content than cigarettes, the effects, both good and ill, can be increased. Those increased "good" effects, however, are the very reason that many people smoke, and indeed inhale deeply, cigars.
