Other than copyright laws, your other federal, state and local laws would apply as far as crimes and whether someone under 18 is responsible for such crimes the same way as an adult. Look up "contributing to the delinquency of a minor", "distribution of pornography to a minor," "obscene matter", and "crimes against decency" and the like.
