Fitness enthusiasts can monitor their workouts while listening to music on an iPod , iPod Touch or iPhone with the Nike+ iPod sensor. The sensor can be used with any fitness shoe, but Nike shoes have a special pocket for it under the insole. With the sensor, time, distance and calories burned may be monitored, along with feedback on how close the user is to reaching a fitness goal, all of which occurs while listening to music.
