Yes, you can get in trouble. And even worse you can lose your J.O.B....which would suck by the way.
Your question is inspecific. With who are you worried about "getting in trouble" and what do you expect failing a drug test to result in? Obviously it won't improve your role in society. Society is lame, and views of society are narrow, meaning of course people will frown on drug use. "get in trouble"? inspecific.

∙ 12y agoif you are on probation , that's part of your release ,no drugs , hanging with known felons, yeah they will revoke your probation and will go for a ride on the bus back to the joint! flush your system very fast even if you have to pay $100 ! good luck and my answer is from personal prison experience!

∙ 11y agoI can't be exactly sure, you should probably double check.. But I don't think it's illegal to fail a drug test at all. It's illegal when you're in possession, though, for example.
