∙ 12y agoWell, it depends on the specifics. It is not illegal to make something and sell it unless you are attempting to commit fraud. If you bought a 'fake Rolex' and sold a 'fake Rolex' you are probably not going to get into trouble, unless the replica violates copyright and patent laws.
It is certainly illegal to manufacture them and attempt to sell them as the real thing. And if the replicas violate copyright laws, it is illegal to make them.

Any copy of an original product without the express permission of the copyright owner is copyright theft. So no its not legal to do so.
