Agreed. Although, the better question to pose is, "DUI accident or gun pellet spray to the upper torso?" Neither sound like a good time, oh... But the stories you could tell your grandchildren!

Drunk Teddy drove a car off a bridge. Cheney shot a person in a hunting accident.
Drunk Teddy's incident cost a woman her life. Cheney's cost a person....? A couple of nights in the hospital.
No idea. But I'd rather die with Cheney than survive with Kennedy.

well i would rather think that it depends on who is driving, and who has the rifle... but i would think that you would be the cause of the accident either way, as you would be present...
