Not exactly. But Indian culture isn't into short skirts and tanktops so usually wear one, or if you can't use dress tape so there are no accidents
Of course. I wear mine everyday. But sleeping with clip in extensions everyday, is not the best idea.
well it looks best if you do but if your around the house you dont have too wear one.
Not if you NEED to wear them ! It's entirely up to you to work out which feminine hygiene product works best.
