It depends if you have just recently started your first period then it is normal for some times to skip a period until you are regular if you have been on your period for a while and you are pretty regular and you skip your period that i do not know much about so i advise to see your doctor to make sure that is nothing to be concirned over!missy177

Yes, I started mine when I was 9 and I'm perfectly normal.

I was 11 when i started mine and it was a bit hard because i was still in primary school but one of my friends had started aswell so it was ok for me in the end.Igot used to it! I have read lots of books and websites tho and its normal to start at about 12 so your great Consider ureself luckyxx For help and advice try... Gogirl.com

hey im 13 and the same thing happended to me well is hasnt been a month yet but well i was sick two times in a row the first time was Allergies and the second time was the flu and i read that you can miss your period from being sick or from stress and just because our bodies havent fully developed yet.(:

Yes, it's fine. Everyone is different and develops at a different rate. If a girl still has not started her period by age 16, it's recommended that she see a doctor, but at 13 there is definitely nothing to worry about.

I got mine at 11. Normal is anywhere from 10-16. But give or take a few years is still okay.
