Is it normal if you are sitting down and then when you get up no matter how slowly your heart starts beating like you have been or are about to do a serious work out?

Answer

If you are in poor physical condition your heart may race and pound when you do even light tasks. It could also be something medical, such as thyroid imbalance or some other condition. Or, it could be nothing.

Answer

If you feel lightheaded along with that, it's because your blood pressure is dropping drastically when you change positions from lying down to sitting up or from sitting to standing etc. You could just be dehydrated.

Answer

Sounds a bit like orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure). I used to get that when I would sleep too much and not exercise. Cutting down on sugar helped for some reason. This also would happen to me when I had hyperthyroidism (hypermetabolism).
