When you are pregnant your hormones go trough a lot of changes. If you feel cold all the time and thirsty I recommend to talk to your Doctor. I know that I was cold all the time and I went to my Doctor and I was 10 weeks an anemic and it is serious because I experienced contractions at this early stage due to the anemia. But every pregnancy it is different just like every human's body reacts different to pregnancy. So, again don't worry too much because this will affect your pregnancy too. Go to your Doctor he has the best answers. Note: Being thirsty is a common symptom of Diabetes and diabetes is common and serious in pregnant women. Go to your doctor ASAP.

I have found that if you eat beef at night, it could cause you to be sleepy. sometime a short walk will make you feel better. I am thirsty a lot also, unless I drink ice cold water. It seems to work for me. Adrienne
