Being knocked unconscious is not normal at all. If the question refers to being knocked out from a blow to the head, that indicates a concussion and you need professional medical attention. Such injuries have the potential to be very serious. On the other hand, if the question refers to being knocked out in the sense of being under anesthesia, that is an entirely different matter, since you would be in medical care.
In either case, most people do not report having dreams while unconscious in this way. But it is possible (normal) even if it is not common.
