You may not produce enough of the chemical in your gut signalling fullness after you eat. Try eating normal meals, slowly and not eating between meals so that when you do sit down to eat you are actively hungry. If you snack a lot, eat huge portions or eat when you aren't hungry your bady may stop making as much of the chemical that tells you when you are full. You may also make too much ghrelin, a chemical that tells you "Eat!" Talk to you doctor about feeling like eating voraciously even when you aren't hungry and he may be able to help you figure out if this is all in your head or in your hormones. :) *Other things like drug abuse may also be a factor. In any case, see your GP. They may refer you to a specialist or counsellor.
This is a very bad idea. You will not only get dehydrated, but also lose all the nutrients you should be getting from your food.So in fact you will be starving your body, which will make you feel even more hungry and will ultimately lead to binging and even more weight gain.

uhm.. honestly... I would never do that even if i was hungry, that's not healthy and normal. so don't do it even if you're hungry. please. if you do. i'd go see a doctor okaay. never do it. at all never.

yes I do it all the time and I can't stop, i ve been etrying to eat normal to keep me from binging but it doesn't solve the problem I binge every monday and Friday and I'm at school all day worried about it on mondays and fridays knowing it's coming but can't do anything about it I used to do strict dieting the days after a binge but now even eating normal without dieting doesn't keep me from binging.
You should consume about 1500 to 2000 as standard but the answer is you should exercise. End of. Even if its just walking instead of getting the bus try and include exercise as much as possible. If you try to cut down on calories instead of exercising you will get hungry and prob end up binging.
