I have a bump on the outside of my ear that hurts when touch why might this be?

Those hurt. You can either take the pain and pop it, or wait for it to heal on its own.
AnswerIf you are going to pop it, use two q-tips.
I get those and they really, really hurt and can make it hurt when you lay on it. I hate that when that happens, I always pop them. Wonder what causes them?

∙ 10y agoIt's normal, dont worry. They are usually very painful. You can either leave it and wait for it to extract itself, or you can try popping it yourself. I suggest doing it after a bath, as your pores will be open, and it will be easier and less painful to squeeze. Also, try using the end of an earbud or black hair pin.

∙ 15y agois it whitish? it might be a zit, or if its purple a bruise, or if its any other color i suggest to go to a doctor. Unless it goes away, but especially if it comes back.
