If you have been going to your regular check ups, then I'm sure everything is fine. Just mention your concern to your doctor at your next visit. If you are are really worried, call them and see if you need to come in earlier. If you haven't been seeing a doctor on a regular basis, you should go see a doctor. 20 weeks is a bit early to be able to feel the baby, but some women do feel it that early.

I am 24 almost 25 weeks pregnant. I feel my baby here and there but it is Not everday. RIght now I havent felt much in two days. Three days ago, I felt the baby alot. I had my 24 week apt and asked me dr. She said I should feel at least something everyday but not to worry. It is alot about perception. They did a non stress test on me to make sure baby was ok. They monitored the baby's heartbeat for 30 minutes and she said everything looked perfect. ALso I could hear the baby moving on the test but even then I couldn't feel it myself. So.. she just told me to make sure I felt something even a flutter everyday for the next week. Then to check back in with her. ALso sometimes people say your size has to do with it. But I was thin before I got pregnant.. 130 and 5'6 so I don't think my size adversly effects me feeling baby. I think I just don't feel him that much yet.

Normally a first time mother will feel fetal movement between 18-22 weeks.. A woman who has already had a child is likely to feel the movement sooner.

Even though most women feel movement before 24 weeks, the position of the placenta plays a big role on if or when you will feel fetal movement.

If the placenta is between the baby and your belly, you may not feel fetal movement at all.

I begin feeling movement at 20 weeks, and from there it was constant. You should only start to worry if you feel a pattern of movement for days, and then it either ceases or it slows down by a lot. Another factor you have to consider is your weight. If youre steadily putting on more weight than you should, then it would be harder to feel the baby anyways. Sometimes babies arent as active as others, just as children or adults.

Can you see or feel your belly move at 3 weeks pregnant?

It will feel completely normal. At 3 weeks past conception (which doctors call 5 weeks pregnant) your baby will be 1mm long. There will be no changes in your body that you can see or feel. In a couple of weeks, a trained doctor will be able to feel a change in your uterus, but you will probably not be able to feel it.
