One would think any undue pressure on the abdomen would not be a healthy thing to do ... besides, it must be really uncomfortable at this stage in pregnancy.
No. When your belly starts getting big you should stop sleeping on your stomach or back. Instead sleep on your side.

Yes
Only when you are far along but by then it will be uncomfortable to be on your belly anyway.

A pregnant woman should take adequate sleep. A nap after lunch is generally advised to her. She is advised to take minimum eight hours of sleep per day, normally.
by the time it's not safe you wont even be able to be on ur stomach
no, you cant sleep with a stomach during pregnancy
I thought it would be hard at first but like childbirth it almost natural. At first I put a pillow under my stomach so that I was kind of on my stomach kind of on my back, but the more my stomach grows sleeping on my side becomes easier everyday. And not to mention once you get about five months it will become extremely uncomfortable and may cause soreness the following morning.:It comes natural the bigger you get. But if your worried about it during your first trimester...you can sleep imbetween 2 big pillows.
All through the pregnancy you can safely sleep in any position you find comfortable.
The bear when asleep the stomach eats the fat an the muscle of the bear so it can go months with out food.
