Children need to learn, as soon as they are old enough to understand (and a 3 year old can understand) that we are to be modest with our bodies. That teaching should start at home.

As there's nothing wrong with being naked there really isn't a problem with it. In fact there are even some families that are nudists and might even live in nudist colonies, though you probably don't. Just make sure that the kids know that they have to be dressed in public or when you have company.
