Yes its normal in fact it should be encouraged! Guys and girls get sweaty from wearing cloths in the sun all day. It's a lot more comfortable then wearing anything under already hot covers anyway. Guys especially need to allow their "junk" to air out.

If you are talking about sleeping nude with someone else, and you get excited, well that is normal, and you partner should be flattered that they turn you on simply by being there. This will probably go away as you get more comfortable with whome ever you are sleeping with. Sure why not.
