I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and I was in pain for a couple of days after the fact.However, I did leed for atleast a week or two! It's tough and nobody can understand until they experience it. I wish the best for you!

You don´t say how long ago it was so it´s hard to say. After having a miscarriage you have to go for a checkup to make sure everything is gone. If it´s something left it can cause a infection. Some women need their uterus scraped afterwards.
