It is possible. Some women have periods while pregnant not often, but occasionally. If a young woman gets pregnant before her periods become regular she may not realize, and similarly an older woman may think she has started the menopause. Athletes may have no or very light periods because of the training and may still be ovulating, and therefore become pregnant without realizing. My cousin was still breastfeeding her first baby and had a coil in and was 20 weeks pregnant before she realized. She thought it was just weight from her first pregnancy she could not get rid of. It is possable. Some women dont have regular periods and dont think nothing of not having one for a while. Others just don't realize they are pregnant because they didn't gain a lot of weight.

no. usually women knows that they are pregnant after about 1month because they stop their menstation. so if you stop your menstation, you might have to go to the hospital for a little check up.

some women just don't show signs of being pregnant. if you were on a contraceptive that took your period away, you wouldn't know if you got pregnant. It isn't as ridiculous as it sounds.
